Sitel support a telecommunications client that handles first-class residential and business customers. You will use Sitel(s) client’s tools to troubleshoot basic TV and internet issues.

Salary ranges are specific to Colorado: $36,600 – $49,700 + incentive bonus and benefits
Training typically starts between 9 am and 5 pm EST Mon-Fri. You must be able to work either 7:50am - 3:30pm or 9am - 5pm EST. Over time could be mandatory during peak times.

You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring turnaround times to ensure service requirements are met.
Requirements: High school diploma / two years of customer service, business operations, insurance, quality improvement, or healthcare operations experience / proficient with basic Microsoft Office applications
