Position: Customer Support Representative / Intuit TurboTax

Pay: $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times

Full-time/Part-time: Flexible hours

Duties: You will assist customers with software navigation, help customers locate prior returns and amendments, and escalate calls when necessary.

Home Office Requirements:

• Quiet, uninterrupted space
• Organized desk area
• Professional appearance (if on camera)

Is equipment provided: No (IC position)

Your Equipment:

• Personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
• Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
• Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
• USB headset with microphone
• Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
• A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract.

Position: Billing Representative

Pay: $16.54 to $32.55 per hour

Full-time/Part-time: This position is full time ( 40 hours / week) Monday – Friday.

Duties: You will work by phone or correspondence to gather missing information to ensure proper billing to clients, patients, or third – party insurances.

Duties: You’ll also provide support to your team members by serving as a resource or subject matter expert.
