As a member of the Customer Experience team, you will handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries. Call drivers can include but are not limited to insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges including up to real-time support during time-sensitive situations.Â
You will empathetically help customers navigate a variety of post-order issues such as: shipping questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services and order notifications.
Requirements
Must be 18 years old or older
Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
Must be hardwired to the modem with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and 5 Mbps for the upload.
