Responsible for researching and resolving complex and/or escalated member/provider issues received from CMS (CTM complaints), Department of Insurance (DOI), Congressional offices, and escalated executive-level inquiries, etc.  Just to name a few!

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • At least 2-5 years experience in Call Center Service.
  • Knowledgeable in Medicare Part B, D, & C

Other

The anticipate offering an hourly rate of 18 – 27 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

CSRs respond primarily to phone, also fax and online inquiries from health care professionals to assist them through the medication prior authorization process.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • Must have a reliable high-speed broadband internet connection
  • Must be hard-wired
  • Must be able to work between 8 am – pam ESt Monday – Friday
  • The training Schedule is 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday through Friday for 3 weeks and on-the-job training will follow the same schedule. OJT is typically 2 weeks.
